PTO shafts are used to transmit power from tractor to the gearbox. These consist of a male and female yoke, shear bolt for overload protection, safety protective cover and chains. The Rotary Tiller Blades manufactured by us are made using premium quality raw material and latest technology. These have high graded steel and soil cutting edges forged and sharpened to minimize the wear & tear damage. A tyne has a minimum life expectancy of a minimum 70 hr working time depending upon soil conditions and other parameters. L-shaped rotary blades or rotary tynes are mounted on a widely spaced flanges fixed to a small diameter rotor. Our rotary tiller blades are low maintenance and very affordable.

The multi row rotary machine is a tractor operated machine which is very similar to a Rotovator. It is used in between crop rows, especially designed for mulching crop residue into the soil. Rotor assembly is easily detachable depending upon the crop row spacing.

We manufacture and export a range of prime quality Rotary Tillers also known as a ‘Rotavators’ and are used for tilling soil by means of rotating blades. Rotavators make use of tilling blades attached to a three point linkage of the tractor and are driven by a power take off shaft. Applications:

Rotary tillers find are extensively used for sugarcane stubble removal, eradication of rhizomes such as couch grass and broken fern, smooth for seed bed preparation for root crops, fodder crops orchards & cash crops. The tractor and rotary tiller combination can help finish cultivation much sooner than traditional equipments. Our tillers can also be used puddling operations and also mulching in wet lands such as in paddy field for seed bed preparation. Other important applications include:

• To remove sugarcane stubbles, tapioca, cotton, banana plant and mixing them back into the soil to improve humus content

Multi Row Rotary

Post Hole Digger is a tractor mounted on the rear side of 3-point linkage system and consists of cardan shaft, mast, gear box, auger and hole opener. Post hole Digging machine is used for digging pits to plant mango, coconut, sugarcane (Pith system cultivation), Teak, Pomegranate, etc. The stabilizer system of a hole digger, keeps the auger perpendicular to the ground in operation and controls swinging of augur while moving from one point to another.

The GES has wide range of auger for drilling different diameter holes such as 9 “, 12”, 15”, 16”, 24” and 33 inches and it digs up to the depth of 5 feet depending up on the soil properties. Hole Digger consists of a stabilizer system, which keeps the auger perpendicular to the ground while in operation and controls swinging of augur while moving from one point to another point. Hole digger auger end points and the bending blades are made replaceable

We manufacture spading machines to loosen and break up the soil. This mounted agricultural machine is used to prepare the soil before preparation of seed bed and successive work. Attached to a tractor with a 3 point linkage and power take off driven, the working principle of a spading machine remains the same as spading by hand. Blades are driven into the soil, clods are lifted and thrown backwards, and the surface is leveled by the action of a bar or rake. This leaves the soil porous and permeable to let it breathe and absorb water. Spading machine helps improving drainage due to the unique motion of its spades.
